I am enjoying this machine

I am glad that I was able to find a great brand at such a good price. I was in the market for a pressure washer, but did not want to buy an electric one. I had asked a few friends who own a car detail company what brand they reccomend, and the first brand they mentioned was Briggs & Stratton.
I use it to wash my cars and clean off my fence - personal use - the pressure is more than adequate for my use. Easy to assemble, easy to start.
So many good things about this model - light, easy to move around, easy start - all in all I am so pleased with it.
Only two cons for my liking: the hose could be longer than the supplied 25', but I guess that is a standard size with whatever brand you get. And, the oil diptstick is hard to read with new clean oil.
I recommend this product.

The longer your high pressure hose, the less pressure you will get out of the sprayer. 25 feet of hose lets you work in a wide area and still have plenty of PSI to work with.

BEST LITTLE PRESSURE WASHER

It's a small unit, but it has the power to take on most jobs you have around the house.
It's great at cleaning the cars, driveway, house sidewalks, etc.
I've not found anything it won't DO so far.

This is my second unit in 12 years - now with more HP

About 12 years ago, I had purchased the same unit (with an all red frame) with the old 3.75hp Briggs engine. The engine still runs great, but the pump just wore out, and it doesn't pay to replace the pump when a complete unit retails for $150 - delivered.
I got many years of deck washing, auto detailing, and motocross bike cleaning out of that old unit. Perhaps running it at the motocross track, gravity fed from a 35 gallon tank in the truck bed "did the pump in". Heck, for 12 years, it cranked out decent performance. My only complaint: it seemed to use quite a bit of fuel. I could easily go through a tank of fuel every 2 car washes. The new unit appears more efficient.
Fast forward to my purchase of this unit. At 1 more HP (now 4.75) , the power increase is indeed noticeable, and it appears a touch more fuel efficient - especially for the add'l power. Although the advertised PSI between my old unit and this one was pretty much the same (at 1900), the new unit feels like it has more power for sure.
I use it primarily for auto detail and wash, and deck/patio furniture cleaning. It's the perfect machine for this type of use. I can blast my wheels and rubber on my Silverado absolutely spotless without any elbow grease at all. It also sets up in seconds being so small and portable (I use quick-disconnects).
A few buddies have purchased this unit immediately after seeing its potential for basic use around the house. I've taken it to my buddy's auto repair shop to clean some of their vehicles, and even the techs are wowed by this thing.
All in all, it's a great buy. Thank goodness they still make it. For a while, I couldn't find it available anywhere. Hopefully, in another 10 years, I can still get a new one. Perhaps a 5HP 2000 PSI version?

Above Expectations

This pressure washer was great and the service was above expectations. The guys there were great! I have owned several electric pressure washers over the past several years and this is by far the best pressure washer I have owned.
It is very powerful for a smaller pressure washer and worked wonders on my driveway, fence, and slate tiles. I would recommend this for all who are looking for a compact but powerful pressure washer!
