Sorry to say, I'm stunned that the shipping on the two SMALL fittings was almost as much as the product itself. Most unfair that you'd charge me or anyone almost 16 bucks to ship 16 dollars worth of product. Not really happy. Also, ignored my e-mail concerning this problem and my solution to me it a fairer deal.

We are very sorry the shipping charges are costly to Pennsylvania for this item. We do charge for shipping on accessories. I do see you contacted us on September 20th asking to change the product out for the Generac tips and wave the shipping and we did respond stating since the item shipped already, we can not change to the Generac model. If you wanted to return them, we do accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You would need to let us know and we can send you the return directions. We do charge for shipping on accessories. I apologize the shipping cost is so high, but that is what UPS charges so there is no way to around that cost.

These looked like plastic in the picture and yep they are! Not suitable for strong pressure washers. They do a decent job of shooting water and soap about 20ft away, however, the pressure is more than they can take. It took a hammer to get the pink piece out of the quick connect and it had ball bearing marks in it afterward. Recommend finding something suitable for pressure washing.

Under pressure, the plastic expands and gets stuck in the quick connect. I threw them as far as I could and hopefully won’t ever see them again.

I bought these to make sure I could soap and rinse 2nd story from the ground with my new 4k/4gpm 'start your own pw business kit'.
These tips did perform adequately with regard to reach, however, they are made of cheap plastic, and do not hold up under 4000 psi.
I didn't have trouble with the pink soap tip, but the blue rinse tip nearly blew itself out of the quick coupler. The plastic was not strong enough to retain it for long, and it ended up jammed in the wand.
I had to switch to the red tip just to complete the high rinse.
Don't waste your time with the B & S 2nd story kit, unless you are using a homeowner's pressure washer.

I have a raised ranch house and the jet soap nozzle does not perform at all. There are no clogs in the system. (very disappointing).

You may want to try using a thin wire or paperclip, then backflushing to clear both ends in case there's grit or debris blocking the water path.

Will not suck chemical with the long range tip

It could be my injector but I'm just confused..I have a brand new 3200 psi pressure washer and the "pink" long range tip will not suck chemical when attached. The stock soap tip seems to pull chemical just fine. I've tried with 50 foot hose and the stock 25 foot hose...still no chemical!
