Not meant to clean driveways and decks, it's not durable enough, used it maybe 10 hours total and it already has issues-the pump just keeps running when I let go of the trigger, and sounds and smells like it is going to die.

Sprayer gun not compatible with standard pressure washer accessories. Worked less than 5 minutes. 1 year warranty but customer service is only open 8 to 4. I regret buying this pressure washer.

I'm sorry you're not happy with your purchase. You may want to take a look at the instructions for re-setting the GFIC power plug on your unit, and make sure there is enough amperage available on the circuit it's plugged into. If that doesn't help, the folks at Campbell Hausfeld can be reached at 1-855-504-5678 or 1-800-543-6400. Please be sure to have the serial number of your pressure washer handy when you call them so they can quickly process your warranty claim.
Consumer-grade electric pressure washer accessories are usually brand-specific and not interchangeable. Both Karcher and AR Blue Clean have nice selections of accessories available for their products.

I've had a wonderful, long-lasting relationship with my last power washer, a Husky 1750 psi. After many years of faithful service, it finally passed away this spring, and the goal in replacing it was to find one as close to the original as possible.
After shopping around, I finally settled on the one I'm writing this review on. It hurts me to write a negative review, but it must be known by others that this power washer is not even a third of the claimed psi. My original had recoil when you pulled the trigger, this one does not. I could write my name into the dirt on concrete with my first, but this new one struggles to do so.
It sounds sickly, and even has an odor when running, which I'm hoping is because it's new, and not because it's melting somewhere... You may be thinking right now: "oh, this poor bloke just got a lemon" but I assure you it's functioning properly, just not well. I read other reviews similar to my own, and took the gamble. Please don't make the same mistake. The price seemed right on this, but I think I should have paid the $150 for something a little better. My bad :(

I'm sorry you're disappointed in the performance of your pressure washer. Please make sure you have the variable spray nozzle turned all the way up to get the most powerful spray.

Had this unit for 2 years didn't use it anymore than 10 times. The valve in the handle leaks more than almost what comes out of the nozzle. The quick attachment for the hose is nice but try finding parts. Stick with the traditional hookups. Didn't buy it from your website but just wanted to inform your customers about this product- thanks.
