Buy this from somewhere else. It's a great product but Pressure Washers Direct is a terrible company. Look at the reviews on the BBB site.

In reviewing the history of your order, when the order was placed, the posted lead time would have had your pressure washer shipping after the start of the new year. When a customer places an order, there is a pre-authorization on their credit card for the full purchase amount. That is an authorization only, not an actual charge. We only charge or collect money when your order actually ships. We were not notified to cancel the order until after you were notified that the order had shipped. At that point, it would be processed as a return. Our Sales Center associates are available to assist with any order-related questions prior to placing your order. We would have gladly been able to explain the timing of your order processing so that you could have made a more informed decision regarding your taxes.

Unit is great for cleaning all types of areas. Only 2 problems I have an issue with is it is hard to maneuver side to side, should have some type of swivel wheels on front or back. Also, it had to be turned down temperature-wise as o-ring in the wand melted at full heat. Perhaps get a better o-ring for higher heat?

Pressure Washer Direct technical staff did a good job of helping me get unit and equipment I needed to start using a hot power washer to clean concrete surfaces.
Works but rubber seals on quick connects fail if disconnected/connected in order to switch hoses, guns before they have cooled off. Would be nice if this was relayed to customer instead of just having a bag of extra rubber washers with no information on how to replace seals since it appears they fail on a regular basis. Response to questions and request for help from Pressure Washer Direct is to call the company that built it. Really upsetting to spend so much money and get extra items so the job can be completed without problems and after using for less than 5 hours, 3 quick connects seals failed and 1 gun starting leaking. I am switching to using screw-on swivels in hopes of being able to complete a job without equipment failure. Make sure to order equipment many weeks before you want to use it due to supply issues due to Covid. Pressure washer starts up right away, has good pressure, and heats up quickly. Handle on unit to coil hoses on is a nice feature. This unit is heavy and appears to be sturdy and is stable. Find it much easier to just leave mounted on trailer when using. Have used with hard surface cleaner and turbo nozzle. Got job done quickly minus time replacing quick connect fittings.
