From the day ONE this machine gave us headaches. And since I still haven't got it fixes, still a headache for us.... The engine starts as soon as we plugged the battery in, even though we have the keys in our pocket. Crazy!!!! Not only that, but if we leave the battery plug the whole time, it will burn the starter... In 2 days of use, the brake pad came off. So, think twice before you purchase one of those.

Simpson would need to be contacted directly at 877-362-4271 to start the warranty process if you have not done so yet. If they are unable to troubleshoot the issue over the phone they have Local Service Centers that can also assist you and apply the warranty for servicing the unit. If their service doesn't meet your expectations, or if there's anything else we can please email us and we will be happy to help. Purchased back in 08/22 and the unit sat up until 01/23. Only 12 hours of operational use and the heater FAILED. Diesel started leaking on the exhaust. Thankfully I noticed before a fire started. I re-wrapped the coil and the until still continues to leak. Currently at 20 hours and regret every single penny spent on this machine. I am now out of the 90 warranty period as I had the unit sitting and did not start using it until 01/23. Simpson Customer Support has been useless and they send me to a support line that goes to voice-mail. Frankly I am disappointed I spent $5000+ on a power washer for it to fail as it has. Now I am down 5k and am losing my customers.

I have not had a chance to use the unit but my box came so badly damaged I did not want the product. Even though the unit itself looked fine PWD worked with me to exchange the unit. I have had issues with other places. PWD has top customer care. Great job guys thank you

The machine overall looks and feels great. However receiving it was a hassle, I purchased a liftgate service but it was not requested with the carrier. I made arrangements for a drop off only to find out that the original carrier sent it over to a 3rd party company without informing me or letting me know the appointment for drop off was canceled I had to miss a day of work to be there for the drop off all for nothing. A lot of back and forth trying to schedule a drop off. Was very displeased with the situation. Otherwise everything else was great.
