I used this on my driveway and sidewalk and it did a fantastic job. I attached it to a 36" wand and had no trouble what so ever. The maintenance on this unit is simple and easy to do.

First noticed out of the box that no ball bearings on the rotating sprayer head. Plastic instead will need to evaluate the length of life and repairability. Head spins easily. The cleaning is fantastic. Seems to be faster than the previous head I had purchased.
Cleans the concrete at a slow walk. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone. Using it with a Generac pressure washer. Best pressure washer I have ever used. Starts easy and runs strong.

Had no idea how using this type of thing would be. Was afraid I'd be using 2 hands to keep it up above the pavement surface, but as soon as I pulled the trigger on the wand, it just took off, leaving a clean path with no extra effort on my part.
Definitively the best 75 bucks I've ever spent!

This was the recommended concrete washer when I purchased my pressure washer. The flow rate (G.P.M.) and the max. pressure were ideal for this unit. Good construction and affordable too.
Took it out of the box and hooked it up right away to my pressure washer. Definitely does the job.

I put it to work right away, it did a good job on my deck. I have two large dogs that are tough on my deck, I normally just spray it off with my pressure washer but that always leaves streaks, with the Simpson I was able to remove all the large muddy foot prints and leave a clean streak free surface.
It could use some kind of handle so you don't need to bend over while using it, it does the job of more expensive units and only took seconds to attach to my pressure washer.

Depending on what pressure washer you're using you may find a longer Spray Wand would make using the Surface Cleaner more comfortable.
Please make sure you choose a wand that is rated for your pressure washer's connector and PSI.
