Great Machine, Nobody Wants To Use The Van With A Power Washer

The machine is great- this the second power washer I have bought from you.
The first was a hot water unit that is great. This trailer machine allows me to tow to job, drop off and get the second machine to the next job.

I've had the pressure washer for a month and have used it four times and it works as good as I expected it to. It seems to be excellent quality and works perfectly for what I bought it for.
Now the bad stuff, though minor still didn't make me happy. The guaranteed curbside delivery didn't happen. The delivery company called to set up delivery and said I needed a forklift or loading dock at my house for them to deliver it. So I had to arrange to pick it up at the loading dock of the trucking company.
They may guarantee they don't charge sales tax but in California if you want to register the trailer with a license plate you have to pay sales tax to the Department of Motor Vehicles at that time . Also the electrical cord for the lights will not reach the plug-in on my 2015 GMC Half ton pick up so I had to buy and 12" extension.
The picture on the website shows the pressure hose reel rolling out towards the side of the machine but on my machine the hose reel rolls out towards the front which means I have to jackknife my pick up every time I use it .
Overall I'm happy with the pressure washer and I've gotten over the minor stuff.

We only charge sales tax in Illinois since that's where we're located. Tax laws change all the time- and California changes more than most. Your review is a good reminder to folks to budget for whatever their particular state's law requires.
Another good point you raise is that any item over 1000 pounds is too heavy for liftgate service, but we didn't let you know that ahead of time. We will figure out the best place to post that information and update the site.
